BOB Power One-Year Limited Warranty
We build gear meant to be used in the field, and we stand behind it. Every BOB Basecamp product is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.
What's Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair it, replace it, or refund the purchase price.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, and cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function
- Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, drops, or impacts
- Damage from exceeding stated load ratings or using products outside the compatibility guidelines published for each product
- Damage from exposure beyond the product's stated weather resistance, or from submersion
- Modifications, disassembly, or repairs performed by anyone other than BOB Power
- Damage caused by third-party equipment, mounts, or stands used with our products
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Lost or stolen products
Important: BOB Basecamp products are ground support equipment. This warranty covers our products only — it does not cover damage to drones, cameras, monitors, tablets, controllers, or any other equipment used with or mounted to our products. Operators are responsible for verifying stable setup, respecting load ratings, and complying with all applicable FAA regulations and local laws.
How to Make a Claim
- Email support@bobbasecamp.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video of the defect.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
- If a return is needed, we'll provide instructions. Please don't ship anything back without a return authorization.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. BOB Power Inc LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including damage to equipment used with our products, lost data, or lost income.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
