Orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order. All prices are in USD and subject to change. Payment is processed through Stripe. We ship within the United States — delivery times are estimates only. Returns accepted within 30 days for unused undamaged items in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds issued within 5-7 business days. Custom items are not eligible for return.

Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase. Waitlist positions do not guarantee availability. Estimated launch dates are targets only and subject to change. Full refunds will be issued if pre-orders are cancelled.

These tools are provided for informational and planning purposes only. Weather data, GO/CAUTION/NO-GO indicators, and search grid calculations are estimates and should not be the sole basis for any flight or mission decision. BOB Basecamp is not responsible for flight incidents, property damage, personal injury, or mission outcomes resulting from use of these tools. You are solely responsible for complying with all FAA regulations and airspace restrictions. Always verify NOTAMs through official FAA channels. These tools do not constitute professional aviation, meteorological, or search and rescue advice.

Our website, products, and tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

BOB Power Inc LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify BOB Power Inc LLC from claims arising from your use of our site or products or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Disputes shall be resolved in Indiana state or federal courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
