Returns & Warranty

Lifetime warranty on the metal we make. 1 year on everything else.

Lifetime means the lifetime of the product, to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable. It covers defects in materials and workmanship.

The powder coat finish is excluded. Scratches, chips, fading and cosmetic wear are not defects.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, modification or damage caused by mounting equipment beyond a product's intended use.

We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Contact support@bobbasecamp.com to start a return.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. BOB pays return shipping when the item is defective, damaged in transit or we shipped the wrong item.

There is no restocking fee.

Damaged shipments should be reported within a few days of delivery so we can file with the carrier.
