Returns & Warranty

We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Contact support@bobbasecamp.com to start a return.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. BOB pays return shipping when the item is defective, damaged in transit or we shipped the wrong item.

There is no restocking fee.

All BOB-manufactured metal components — decks, rails, trays, plates, mounts and anything BOB fabricates — carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Lifetime means the lifetime of the product, to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable.

Electronics, including monitors, carry a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. Where a product includes sourced components such as tripods, those components carry the 1-year term rather than the lifetime warranty. Contact support@bobbasecamp.com to start a warranty claim.

The powder coat finish is excluded from the lifetime warranty. Scratches, chips, fading and cosmetic wear from field use are not defects.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, modification or damage caused by mounting equipment beyond a product's intended use.

Damaged shipments should be reported within a few days of delivery so we can file with the carrier.
